This German distribution now has an updated KDE release and one using Gnome 3. I doubt they will have done a worse job with Gnome 3 than Fedora so maybe one to try guys?
Both versions look pretty stunning ![]() http://toorox.de/index.php/en/gallery

I spent nearly a half hour just going through the screen shots. Stunning is a word that best describes my opinion of this distro. (at least the packaging is pretty). I have to hand it to you MC, you have a knack for picking these distros out of the crowd. I seen it had a few tools to help those with wireless Internet connections. A possible solution to your connection woes . Got the site bookmarked so I can download it later. Currently I'm in the process of revisiting my old friend Simply Mepis.

Managed to mess up my Windows installation yesterday and now good 'ol MS won't recognize my upgrade key
![]() Consequently I spent ages trying to sort this out (with no solution yet) and not much doing anything else I did though have a quick look at the KDE and Gnome versions and yes they look great. Not so sure about how easy it is to get new software though as it all looks very different to Software Center and Synaptic. Maybe when i have more time....

Pretty pictures!
![]() I'm tempted to try it out just for the pretty pictures. But I'm going to resist that temptation. Such "sweet painted ladies" have always left me "out of pocket" and with worse problems than I started with. So I'll pass on this one too.MC, you seem to be on an endless quest for *nix satisfaction. Is there some sort of fountain of youth in this? I hope so. So far it looks like you've got a lifetime's work. I'd choose something less time consuming like solving world hunger.
