This is very true. Most of us do want to learn but the rate at we are able to do this will vary for a number of reasons including time and other commitments.
Also, knowledge is a gift to be passed on to others without judgment or conditions. I guarantee for instance that not many people can cook as well as I do but that doesn't mean that I won't feed them if they are a guest in my house.
