This sounds like a good idea in theory but in practice would be very difficult to accomplish because there are just too many variables to consider, and everyone's needs would be different.

There's no quick easy fix to this other than following the excellent links posted by Sope and filtering out what you need for yourself.

Before they ran out unite they should have spent so time fixing all their other problems. Like never finishing page loading, some web pages won't load clean until you lie to them saying you are FF or IE.
