Default Yahoo Want Delivery Signed Up Emails???

Hi everyone,

For some time, I have noticed that yahoo has stopped delivering
some of my regular emails (no spam), and its getting worst. Listed
below is some background information in regards to this problem;

Have signed up to receive these regular emails
Have yahoo filters set up for these regular emails
(Does work when these regular emails are delivered)
Have resigned up again for these regular emails
On some months I get the regular emails, and on
other months I get none of these regular emails

Please provide simple and details to fix this problem.
Any suggestions and feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Try Gmail, it works great and is the best as far as free email is concerned. It is even better than most (if not all) paid email too. I have a couple of domain based Google Apps accounts and no problems whatsoever.

Otherwise I've used FastMail for a long time now but it is not free. For free Gmail is the best.
