Extensions
1. AdblockPlus{1.1.3}.xpi -- Ads were yesterday!
2. CLEO{4.3}.xpi -- Create multi-addon install package (Cleopack)
3. CoralIETab{1.83.20100316}.xpi -- An enhanced version of IE Tab which enables you to use the embedded IE engine within Mozilla/Firefox.
4. DownThemAll{1.1.9}.xpi -- The mass downloader for Firefox.
5. FEBE{6.3.2}.xpi -- Backup your Firefox data
6. FireFTP{1.0.7}.xpi -- FTP client for Mozilla Firefox.
7. JavaConsole{6.0.15}.xpi (global) -- (none)
8. JavaConsole{6.0.18}.xpi (global) -- (none)
9. KeyScrambler{2.6.0.0}.xpi -- KeyScrambler protects you against keyloggers
10. LastPass{1.66.0}.xpi -- Last Password you will ever need
11. Screengrab{0.96.3}.xpi -- Saves a web-page as an image.
12. SkipScreen{0.4.3.s}.xpi -- Skips unnecessary pages on sites like Rapidshare, Megaupload, zShare, Mediafire, and more. Wherever there are unnecessary pages and superfluous links, Skipscreen will be there.
13. TabMixPlus{0.3.8.2}.xpi -- Tab browsing with an added boost.
14. TabPreview{0.3}.xpi -- Preview tab contents on mouseover
15. FoxTab brings innovative 3D functionality to your Firefox
16. Ubiquity{0.1.9.1}.xpi -- An extension that allows for the use of dynamic commands in Firefox.

I was surprised to see the amount of addons that some people have, I guess I am just picky. The truth is that I could do without all but one of mine and be very content. I could not do without Ubiquity, in my mind it is the ultimate Firefox addon.
Themes

AeroFox{3.6.3}.jar -- The style of Windows Aero meets the substance of Firefox.

I'm quite picky as well, but I also went through a LOT of add-ons. Ubiquity looks interesting, but I'm not a good command-line user.

J.L., what is your feeling about User Agent Switcher? Is this the add-on that let's one change the identity of the browser? If so, can you give the basis of when you use it? Is it to access sites that seem to require seeing Internet Explorer?

I read somewhere that some sites offer stripped-down versions of pages for mobile 'phone browsers and so if a regular browser is seen as a mobile 'phone browser, one could view "just the facts" and not extraneous matter.

I did try it out on an iphone only website, and it worked, but the images were far too small on my widescreen 24-in to be worthwhile. The small text weren't legible to me.

Overall, it works fine and can fool websites, but it isn't necessary for me. Rarely ever used it, uninstalled a while ago

Changed Text to Link back to Linkify Plus, because it resulted in .xml pages with no formatting.
