Hi,
The best choice for you would be Calibre which includes an e book viewer which enables you to increase the font size, there's a button to change the page or you can use the mouse scroll wheel.
Calibre also includes e book management and you can use it to convert book formats. I've been using it for a year for various tasks and it's free, regularly updated and generally intuitive to use.
If I can give you any more help, please post further.
