Hi,

Try VMware Player (Free!), create a virtual machine and set it to use a second USB keyboard and USB mouse. Set the vm to autorun full screen on the 2nd monitor, and auto reconnect keyboard and mouse on startup.

That's great, and so simple, it's embarrassing this didn't occur to me, and with a remote setup, multiple users could be anywhere, all using the same PC. Need a lot of RAM if you get too crazy with user numbers, but it's always good to have as much RAM as you can afford.
