Best pc to phone text messaging service in India

I want a free service that lets me to text from pc to phone. I know about way2sms.com and mycantos.com. Way2sms has 140 character limitation which sucks. MyCantos has longest character texting (around 300) to my knowledge. But it seems like my messages are not received from mycantos. I want a free service that has more than 200 character texting atleast or can somebody tell me which one has the longest character limit?

if the rest of the world has same text limitation as in US, text messages are limited to 140 characters... then it breaks it into multiple texts if it is beyond that
