Default Free flash card program that isn't Anki

Anki does a lot, but one of the things that it doesn't do (at least I haven't been able to do it) is divide decks of cards into sub sections. For example, for the Spanish class I took I couldn't do one section for "Spanish" and then a bunch of subsections for "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2", etc. They're either all mashed together or all completely separate. I find this limitation to be really aggravating.

I had this program that I paid 29 bucks for and it worked great until it didn't and it's no longer being supported by the company that made it.

I was going to look at MyMentor, but that site appears dead.

Does anyone have suggestions for other flash card programs?

Thanks!
