Hi,
I'm upgrading my hard drive and am looking for a program that will create an image of my existing drive that will also be bootable. I can see lots of freeware to create images but I'm not sure if these will create a bootable image or if a seperate bootable CD has to be created. I've got the Easeus Backup 1.1 and have used the Easeus Partition Master and like it but I'm not sure if the Backup will create a bootable image. Any advice appreciated. Thanks John |

Did you check out different software suggestion on this article?
http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...ng-program.htm The editor has covered each software, and written about their notable features. Most of the software listed have the option to create a separate bootable CD, from which you can boot the computer, and then you can backup system to an image, or restore system from an image. Easeus ToDo Backup also has this option, as given on their site. Here are the links to create bootable CD, and also how to restore a system using that CD. http://www.todo-backup.com/products/...bootableCD.htm http://www.todo-backup.com/products/...bootableCD.htm I don't know if any of them have the option to create a bootable image CD. You might have to wait for someone else, or the editor to answer that.
