Hide a folder in pendrive but permit linking

I need a program that hides a folder in a pendrive but still permits an interactive pdf find, recognize and open a link into the hidden folder. The pendrive will be distributed and will be read in different systems such as windows, XP

The objectve is just hide the folder and not the contents for aestheticas reasons (my client's desire)
