Hello!
I have an MP4 video I made on my computer, the output audio volume of which I need to increase so that the video's audio volume will not be so darned low on You Tube (I uploaded it there). A note: I made the video on my computer, and the volume was still pretty low. When I uploaded it to You Tube, the volume went down a bit more. In either case, the audio output level needs to be increased for people to be able to hear it, pretty much. ![]() How would I increase the audio output of that MP4 file? Thanks! Matt PS: I, like many, work with other video formats as well, and I'd like to be able to do the same, as above, with other formats as well. Thanks again!

I have done it before with Virtualdub. The resulting sound quality was acceptable, but not as good as the original.
I have forgotten the exact process, but you need to separate the audio from the video (demux) and then process just the audio, and then put the two back together. If you don't separate the two you will have to reprocess the video again which is time consuming and you will lose quality..
