You do actually have a review of this uac altering beta program by Norton:

but I understand its not been updated recently and has has some issues running on x64 systems.

I did (after much searching) find this independent review of it:

but it is from 2008, and of a much earlier version of the program. There was some criticism in discussion forums of the first version of the program, seemingly more related to who the programmer was.

Hi Tim, welcome to the forum.

The link you posted of the software has a red WOT rating, which is bad, and as per our rules, we do not allow links to sites which have bad WOT ratings.

For this reason too, the suggested software will not be reviewed on our site.

I removed the link to the review too, as the software is bad, the review does not matter. And we also do not want people to visit the site with bad WOT rating from our forum, in case they try it, or get infected somehow.
