NetMedic like throughput meter for Windows 7

I've been using NetMedic's throughput meter for years on various flavors of Windows and have been unable to find anything like it that runs on Win7. I've tried all the programs in the, "Best Free Download-Upload Meter" list and others I've located elsewhere, but none of them are what I'm looking for: A Bar graph, not line graphs like all the others, with separate indicators for the upload stream and download stream, (not overlapping).

All I'm looking for is the meter, about the same size as the attached picture. I don't need any usage charts or any other monitors. Has anyone found anything that looks and works in a similar manner and runs on Win7? Any help would be appreciated.
