Default Rotate images

I need to rotate some images slightly, e.g., 5-10 degrees. I tried a couple of the programs listed in Best Free Digital Image Editor - LightBox Image Editor and PhotoFiltre. Although they both rotate images, they only do so in standard increments, i.e., 90 or 180 degrees. I could try out all the other programs on that list, but if someone knows one that will do what I want, it would save me some time. Thanks!

Imagina- Virtual Lightbox can straighten an image on a vertical or horizontal line.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I don't want anything that uses the .NET framework. I'm trying to do this on a netbook.

Photoscape can do this for you.
(As far as I know, it doesn't require .NET framework).

I believe the rotation feature you need is accessed via the "resize" menu.

Thanks for the suggestion. I also discovered that the slim IrfanView will do what I need.

I love this program and you so rarely hear it mentioned. It does so much more than most photo editing/printing software with simplicity. I used to use it on my XP machine and never had any .NET stuff on there.

Yup, I really like Photoscape too.
I wonder if many potential users are initially put off by the fact that it looks very different from other similar types of software.
Once you try it a few times though, it makes perfect sense.
