Occasionally, people ask me if they could use my laptop. I don't wanna be strict and monitor everything that they do. Other than enabling a guest account, does anyone have their preferred way to share their computer?

I remember seeing Truecrypt having the ability to disguise the OS; one password takes you to a cover OS and another takes you to the real OS. Sounds great, but I don't want to reinstall my entire OS.
