Automatic File/Data organizer, organization

Looking for a free Automatic file/data organizer

similar to the following:

I want the software to automatically (based on rules or on default established hierarchies) organize data into a the most optimal file/folder structure for organizational purposes.

The ideal is that the program can find misplaced files such as a "quote.doc" file and organize it with the rest of the "quotes" for that particular company
It can find documents (*.doc, *.txt, *.pdf, etc.) and sort and organize them based on user specified rules or based upon established folder hierarchies.
It can find and organize any and all images based upon a some basic rules like organize based on date, or size, or by name.
It can organize MP3's based on ID3 data
It can organize FLAC based on embedded meta data

Wish I could help you but haven't a clue. If you find anything, see if there is a wet-ware version, I need all the help i can get.
