Whomever wants something like Photoshop Free, you might try GIMP Free.

I have not tries it myself; however my sister (a Photoshop devote') claims it is very good.

This is my first post here and I'm a novice to posting anything, so if the link does not work, Guugle GIMP, and you should find many sites. Hope this helps! Phil
