Default Detect and Repair Bulk Media Files

Hello,

I am looking for a programs that I can get to check everything within a specific folder and highlight those media files that are broken. Ideally would then have a repair function as well.

Am speaking about such files as mp3, avi, mov, mp4, and all the other common types etc etc.

A friend has thousands of media files with approximately a third not being able to be played due to being incompletely downloaded, some kind of error when copying, corrupt index or Audio and Video being out of sync.

Any recommendations?

Cheers,

Paul

Default Found one for MP3 anyhow

It is called mp3val and (the one with a front end gui) works great on MP3 files.

It can detect and optionally repair all broken mp3 files in a folder.

Now I just need something that will bulk do all the other formats.
