media, data, bookmarks, sync organizer mangager software that creates website

Is there any wishful software that combines all the data, media catalog and organize work with creating website as result? Website which man can manage own data, describe or add notes to own movies, music, or make notes with all FAQ's or Hows To's. Website which can I access from my own computer as localhost or if I want, to share public or on password to act as like website server. If it were also an option to sync data between two computers through p2p that would be excellent.

Is there any such a powerful computer data organizer / manager ? I know there are plenty of data organize and manage apps but they are dedicated apps. One for movies, one for music, one for data, one for removable drives, one for notes, one for making simple websites, there are also other apps to sync data and all of other apps to do another thing. So to organize your data on your own computer you must find yourself among these numerous apps. There is no way to make simple, clean organize work if you have few computers, mobile phone etc. Because of that that will be always some sort of disorder on your Computers. I haven't seen any app that would do this all thing in simple, easy and eye candy way. I regret that I'm not skilled in informatics because I don't think that this piece of software would be very hard to create. Basics goals are quit simple but everyone focus not to aggregate all data but to diversificate. That's quite irrational in today times with all information that attacks you. That's why people like the Apple way with cartoon pictogram icons. Too much data, to much chaos in your brain.

So is there any piece of software that would have all of these features and will make it in simple way? Or in another way. How do you deal with struggling with all that chaos? Do you have any tips, suggestions? I'm very curious.
