cfm viewer

Looking for a cfm viewer.

PDF-ExChange Viewer opens it but it looks terrible!

Maybe the certificate itself is ugly?

This isn't something that should be opened by PDF viewers. It can be opened by web browsers and text editors.
There's a dedicated freeware that does more than viewing: http://www.getrailo.com/com/index.cf...o-open-source/

I can't get this certificate to open in any browser. It opens in a text editor but as a jumble of unreadable formatting symbols.

Maybe it's a mislabeled pdf file?
