This place is where I come when I discover how scatter brained I am-- generally happens several times a day.
In the last couple of weeks there was a GIZNOTE about a program that allowed the Vista style start up menu to be installed on an XP computer. I installed it on my notebook, and thought I had bookmarked it to install on my laptop. But of course I cannot find it now. I used the search function for this site, but couldn't find the right set of words to get to the program. Help, as always would be appreciated. Best to you all. |

The last couple of weeks? I don't remember seeing it, but I miss stuff from time to time. I don't find the article anywhere unless you are talking about this http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...eplacement.htm
Anyway I like the "Giznote" idea. We should make use of that. I will mention it to the rest of the team.

I have changed the topic of the thread to properly reflect what the thread is about. Its a kind request, please choose a good topic so that it tells about the content of the thread. It will help you get better responses, and will also aid others when they search for a similar problem.

Don't worry, we only kick out spammers, and troublesome members, whose numbers is quite less. Mostly, we have really good members on the forum, which makes it a really good place to share knowledge.
