snapshots to website?

Title basically says it all:

I have a camera, and a personal website.
Is there some combination of freeware to allow me to upload x snapshots/minute to the website?

Hi Luke
you can tray WebcamXP (http://www.webcamxp.com/home.aspx). It is free for personal use and allows you to upload webcam images in time intervals via FTP.
