Repetitive Task Time

I am doing a job that consist of a lot of really short tasks. I have to complete "x" amount of tasks per hour. I need a program that I can use to count the number of task I complete, time each task completed, and provide the total time for the session.

I'd like to be able to put a description of the job for the session. But, I don't need to stop and write the description of each task. I just need something to tick off the task when I'm done with it - stop timing that one, and automatically restart my time with the new task, and then be able to click a button to stop adding task when I'm done.

It would be GREAT if there was a buzzer of some sort at the end of an hour also.

All suggestions would be appreciated (free or not).
