Text editor with double line spacing

Looking for a free text editor like the commercial one 'UltraEdit' that features line spacing of single, 1.5 and double spacing. Know this is probably available in a full featured free word processor but prefer a light & simple to use text editor for small quick editing tasks.

Maybe try Jarte. http://www.jarte.com/ Not really like UltraEdit, but is a light weight editor. (3mb dowload) I have looked at it several times, but have never used it.
