Smile Photo Software with a function to merge photos

need a program that has a function that can merge photos side by side.

You can merge photos with Photoscape, not sure if it's exactly what you're after but there's a video tutorial here.

I think we may all be wondering exactly what you mean by mergeing photos. It is unfotunantly a very general term. I suppose it would have helped if the name of the commercial product would have been allowed by the mods. But since we now do not know we have to guess.

Of the top of my head, it seems to me that the term merging photos can be used to mean 1. Adding one photo directly on top of another using blending modes or masks to make a composite image. 2. "Photostiching" 3. Making HDR photos from a series of images captured of the same subject at various exposures. 4. Making collages with a group of photos of different subjects.

We have a category on the main sight that covers photo stiching, but I am guessing you are refering to makeing collages of some sort. For that I would look at Autocollage a freeware from Microsoft. http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/...e/Default.aspx

lol... deleted the reference........ well anyway,

Photoscape is Perfect!

I dled a few stiching programs, then i realized that wasn't it.

i could've swore i saw an amazing list of collages programs a while back, and was going to share it, though i can't find it again
