Hello. I'm looking for a photo imaging/editing program that has some paint features, ( to add text or shapes to the pics), that can run on a website so visitors can edit there images or paint on them and then print them out with some predefined printer setting. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest Pixlr. You can use their API to use their editor on your site. Read more about it here. http://pixlr.com/developer/api/

These are the other online image editors I know of that have API's to integrate them into your own site.
http://developers.aviary.com/suite-api http://www.sumopaint.com/api/ http://snipshot.com/services/ http://fotoflexer.com/api.php http://www.picnik.com/info/api http://pixenate.com/pixenate/docs/API-Reference.html The two best in my opinion for working specifically with photos would be Pixlr, and Aviary. All of the Aviary suite can interact with each other. ( e.g. share layers ) So you can have true vector layers in your rater image. The only thing is using the Aviary suite has more of a learning curve that Pixlr.
