key logger

I apologize if this has been asked before,but i've lost my patience looking for a good,simple key logger.I've downloaded several and uninstalled 'cause i hated them.The best one i found was "real free key logger"however, for some reason the particular email(non generic) i want to monitor is encrypted for some reason. I assume it's a good email program,however a good key stroke logger should show the key strokes. Thanks all.
