Hi, I have found this site very informative regarding PDF Writer choices but I can't workout whether any of them allow you to add text and pictures. For example, I design digitised paper patterns using the Electric Quilt program, I print these to MDI files on my old XP PC and add text boxes and pictures (arrows on the pattern pieces). Then I print them to PDF , zip them and send them to customers along with zipped instructions. My MDI program has suddenly refused to print to Cute PDF files, it will print from the printer icon but not File, Print, no scaling which is vital when printing patterns. I want to buy a PDF writer that can do the same as the MDI program. I look forward to hearing from you.
