logon security

Hi,
Looking for a freeware that will control attempts to login to my computer. Ideally, have a delay [say 5 sec] between successive attempts, AND put in a time delay [say 15 min] after 7 attempts to log in.
Any ideas?

Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy > Account Policies > Account Lockout Policy

Three settings there should take care of your needs.

Thanks Awgeewhiz, never knew about that. It only works on Pro and above versions though.
