Program and settings relocator

Do you know of the simplest way to move large programs from C:\ to another partition, while adjusting settings within the registry, etc? My goal is to get the largest programs (games) off of C:\ so that my OS Drive can be backed up more easily. The savings in disk space would be close to 150 gigs.

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Where did you find the post? I've searched and not found anything similar. Have been looking for a good free program of this kind for a while.
