Default PDF to book

Im looking for a program that will turn a PDF document into a book.

My printer has the option to print as a book, it calculates all the pages of a PDF rearrange them to the appropriate order, then and 2 PDF pages onto one sheet rotating the sheet landscape, printing half the PDf then asking to reinsert the sheets of paper to print the other side, then all i have to do is folder the paper over and i have my book. I find this very useful so i dont have to read my pdfs on my computer, or i can lend them out.
But the downside is i have to print them out if im giving it to someone else.

So i was wondering if there is a program out there that will do this and save it as another PDF file i can give to someone so they can just print it out.
Obviously i know it wont tell them to stop and reinsert the paper, they'd have to judge that themselves unless it saves one side of the book as a PDF file and the other side as another PDFf file then all they would have to do is reinsert the paper to print the other PDF file.

I know there are programs out there that allow you to rearrange the files i have done this but when its 300+ pages it can get frustrating, so is there a program that can automate it?

I don't know for sure, but what I would look at would be a pdf "printer" meaning one of the type of programs that prints into a pdf file. If you could find a way to print a book style output from your original pdf into a pdf printer all the pages would be in the right order for printing the first half of the pages, then flipping the stack and printing the second half.
