Default Purge remnants of deleted data.

Is there something that will purge remnants of deleted data from locations i choose, such as the recycle bin, without affecting the rest of my system?

Explain more. What do you mean by remnants of the deleted data? Not clear to me.

I assume you mean some sort of a secure delete utility that can target a specific folder or location? I think one of these may be able to do what you want. http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...se-utility.htm

Thanks Ritho that's what i'm after

@Anupam
As i understand it, when i delete something from my system it's generally not entirely removed, and leaves remnants that can be recovered either partially or in their entirety. This is confirmed by my using a data recovery app on a formatted partition. The file names and file types were not recovered exactly as they were, but most of the file content was. It's my computer and if i tell it to delete something, i want it gone, every last trace of it
