KeePass, as suggested by garth is a good one. But, I find the requirement of no master password a little strange. The job of a password manager is to protect the passwords, and therefore, all such applications, require having a master password.
KeePass provides with three options, and requires you to choose one to protect your password database. One is the master password, which you do not want. Second is a key file, that is associated with the database. You can have a look at it, to see if it suits you. The third is association with a Windows account. If you login to your Windows using an account, then you can associate the database with that account, and once you log on to Windows, you won't need any password. This seems to be the way to go, if you have created a user account on your Windows. You can also have a look at this article for other choices, although, they are meant to be used with browsers mostly. http://www.techsupportalert.com/best...rd-manager.htm

I don't think your going to find a dedicated password manager that has the option not to have a master password. However you may be able to find a personal database program that would double as a password manager that would have no password protection.
You can start looking with these, but I do not know for sure if they will do what you want. http://www.treepad.com/treepadfreeware/ http://www.essentialpim.com/index.php?r=download

Well there are some of us who have expressed concerns about the idea of having all your eggs in one basket sitting around on the internet somewhere. Then there have been those who say it is perfectly secure. Nothing could ever happen.
And then... http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/05...assword_reset/ I think it is only a matter of time, but what do I know? Do yourselves a favor and be careful will you?

Rather than shanghaiing this thread, I thought it better to continue this discussion in the debating chamber here. Be Careful with LastPass
