Well hillary, did you try any of the programs mentioned? If it does not say on their sites whether or not they use the keyword feature built into many windows types, you will just have to test and see. It would be a little much to ask one of us to download them and test them out so you don't have to.

I have a feeling that file managers of this type are a little rare. So you are not going to have a lot of options.

Hillary, people can only suggest software to you, or if they have used the software, they can tell about the features. But, it is you, who has to test the software to see if it meets your needs. We cannot test the software to see if the features required by you are there or not. You will have to do it yourself, its your requirement.

I will ask the same question as Ritho asked. Did you try any of the suggestions that were suggested here, to see if any of them met your requirements?
