Which web browser do you use?
In Firefox, go to Tools > Options... > Privacy > "Clear History when Firefox closes" > make sure "active logins" is checked. This would apply to every site, though. Including ours. So it's a bit heavy handed. Perhaps you can just check the settings of individual sites you don't trust and make sure they are not set to automatically sign-in.

In Firefox I had it set to clear most everything including cookies. I just used SecureLogin AddOn to log in with a couple of clicks. Now that I'm using SRWare Iron I see the ease of the automatic login. But I have CCleaner set to clear cache, and a separate .cmd file to delete the cookie file.
I hate it when they hide the logout button/link on sites though. Sometimes I have to do text search to find the thing. |
