I want to try an alternative to MS Office or OpenOffice. Too phat.
Any ideas for a standalone spreadsheet? Preferably it needs to read .xl, .xls, and .xlxyz or whatever MS add next. |

OK.
They don't seem too keen on Windows users though. I guess it's possible..... but the download linked to there is: www[DOT]gnome.org/~jody/gnumeric/win32/gnumeric-1.9.12-20090902-debug[DOT]exe ...which looks like some sort of alpha version. Hope they move forward with that one - think I'll stick with OO/Calc for now. Well, unless you know different. |
