Maybe NetMeter and ProcessExplorer would do the trick?

NetMeter will give you the total bandwidth use, ProcessExplorer will help you see what processes are using resources. Together they would give you a good idea.

Also, with Online Armor firewall you get a good firewall & bandwidth view of processes & traffic. With all three you'd be covered, it would be easy to see what is using resources & bandwidth - and exactly how much.

I can't think of anything that breaks all that down, in one app.

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for or not, but you could check it out:

It has a big brother, but it is pay-ware. This one is freeware.
