MusicMatch replacement

Looking for an audio replacement program with the capabilities of Music Match Jukeboxwhich is not compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7. This program organizes music files, ripped audio disk into mp3 files, burned audio cd disk (converts mp3 in cd audio files). Is really an awesome program without being bloated, example Nero. Wimamp is a possibility, but is not - what should I say - simplified with the capabilities such as Music Match Jukebox . You might disagree. If you know of such a program, let me know. By the way, this site is awesome.

I don't know about Music Match but I've been reading a lot on VLC Player. I think that would be my replacement for WMP and Nero the full version that came on my machine when the time comes.
