Question Least-used or last-used software

Is there a free utility that would report the last time a program's .exe file was started/executed?
The problem we have is this: on a public pc that used by many, people have installed software, mostly gaming, and theres 100's of file folders in the c:\program files library, listing those games. While I know one can 'see' the date installed when using windows explorer, I'd like to get a list of the last time a program was used...and those at/or near the bottom of the list, could be uninstalled, as there's little or no use for the program.
Anyone heard of anything that would accomplish this?

From the "View" menu... click "Choose Details...". There you can choose what details you want to see. One option is "Date Accessed". It will show you the date and time file was last accessed. Hope this will serve your purpose .
