desktop or chrome notification for productitivy

hi all

i really really need an app or software or something that can give desktop notification or chrome notification at specific times

like when have to go grocery shopping or when you have a doctor's appointment

it very much has to be notification-based because that's the only thing that is helpful

if it can be recurring times, those are positive features. thank you

i've been needing this for 3 years and it's driving me up the wall. please recommend the best out there if there is one.

update: actually i just checked rememberthemilk and it does have desktop notification
