Default Looking for a freeware portable PIM with advanced features

Hi,

I am looking for a freeware portable PIM with some advanced features. Can some one help?

Basically, I am looking for the following features.

1. Must be fast and portable. I tried Total Text Container and SEO Note and they are unacceptably slow.
2. Data in a tree-like structure.
3. Must be able to import several file formats including MS-Office, PDF etc. If I can pack .exe also, that would be great. PDF Import is a must. Smereka personal DB provides most of my needs, except the one that is mentioned in the next point.
4. I should be able to view the contents of the imported file inline, with out the need of actual software installed. For ex, if I import a PDF file, the PIM software should display the contents of the PDF on the right pane.
5. Should be able to create a password-protected tree to store my weblogins, passwords etc. The password for the tree should be asked when I access the tree.
6. Calender and Email client features are preferred, but not mandatory.
7. Search by keywords is required.
8. If I can sync a particular tree with some cloud storage like dropbox, that would be great.
9. Must be able to save a complete web page in a tree element, with all the links, images etc.

I have tried the following softwares.

1. Total Text Container. Very slow, not developed any more. Please correct me if I am wrong. Cannot import PDFs.
2. SEO Note. Unacceptably slow while opening and closing.
3. MyTreeDBNotes - Cannot import PDFs. I converted a PDF to RTF, but it will not import for some reason.
4. My Tetra. Cannot Import Files.
5. EssentialPIM Portable - Cannot Import PDF and Ms-office files.
6. Smereka Personal DB - Has most options, but cannot display some file formats inline. Also, no password tree is supported.
7. Neomem - Cannot Import Files. Moreover, it is too complicated to use.

Thanks,
Balaji.
