Adding URL's into Excel '07 spreadsheet

I'm creating a spreadsheet to "track" vendor contracts w/backup details.

The soft copy of each original contract is stored as a .pdf file and I would like to 'link' each .pdf file to into my spreadsheet.

Best way to do this?

Try this:

Insert>Object>Create from file>Browse (to the PDF file)>then tick link to file>OK
