Books are not directly comparable to music & movies. The media in which music or movies come in make little if no difference to the experience, but with books it does. It's not the same to just click & click to progress through pages and to hold a good book in your hands, turn the pages and sink into the feel and smell of paper and ink.

But for younger generations who were born and raised in an "e-environment" for just about everything, all this isn't an essential part of the reading process and experience, as they have little contact to physical books (school books don't count).

I completely agree, its all together different experience...i don't like eBooks.
