AFAIK Internet Explorer (IE) is part of Windows and therefore you can't uninstall it without damaging your system.
![]() You can disable IE but I wouldn't recommend doing so as most antivirus/antimalware software still use IE for downloading their updates.

Let IE 9 sit idle on ur machine. Though it is possible to uninstall IE, I ,personally dont recommend it as it is way too deeply connected with registry and other programs..(in simple words, it can get very,very messy if u lack geekiness
