printing with epson sx235(help)

have installed software,wifi connected.will not print,print queue showing error.have spoken to epson they say its a problem with my router.have spoken to aol my internet provider,they have asked me to log into my router ip address,will not accept password .have deleted my network and created a new one ,password same as router ip address,connnected no problem,any ideas welcome..

Have you checked that the driver for your printer is working correctly?

yes ive looked at that,have uninstalled and reinstalled,wont print from laptop shows printing in print que after 30 secs print que shows error printing.i can use the scan function from my laptop if that gives you any clues.thanx for your reply torres

When you press Ctrl+P does your printer show in the drop down list?
