TeamViewer can help my volunteer work.
But I encounter some problems with it. A Teamviewer Forum is found. I want to register an account. These questions must be answered for the registration: Visual verification: FUBHK My answer: FUBHK what color is the sky?: My answer: The sky is sky color. 1+2+7 =: My answer: 1+2+7=10 the opposite of day is ...: My answer: The opposite of day is noght. are you a spammer?: My answer: No. I am not a spammer. "You did not answer the verification questions correctly." I have tried at least a dozen of times with various answers. No matter what I answer to these questions, the result is always "An Error Has Occurred! You did not answer the verification questions correctly." Please help me find where I did wrong. Thanks Vicky12 |

Answer should be "blue", and not "sky color".

Don't know if this is just a spelling mistake here, or you always right in same way. Just thought I would point out.

First, the post has been removed.
Sorry for my mistake. "noght" is mis-typed. What drove me to post this strange encounter was that no matter what I answered the result was always "An error . . .. " I wonder if anybody knows anything about that forum. Thank you. And again, apologize for my mistake. |

Thank you! The browser is Google Chrome. I did think of this and tried with IE. Turned out the same result. Thank you, Mr. Mr6n8! P.S.: I went there again and tried exactly what you have done and I got the same result as before. Last edited by Vicky12; 27. Nov 2011 at 11:39 PM. |

Thanks! An account with TeamViewer Forum has been registered successfully. The following is to share something with you. 1. PC's we have. There are 4 PC's in our home. The one I use is installed with XP & Vista & W7. And XP only on the other machines. 2. The PC could not make a registration. The PC I use & with XP & Vista & Win7 installed could not make a successful registration with TeamViewer Forum, no matter which OS I used or what browser I used. 3. The PC's made registrations smoothly. I used each one of the rest of the PC's to register for an account with TeamViewer Forum, and every one was easy & smooth. 4.Security settings. All 4 PC's are the same. Avast free version. Malwarebytes (on demand). Returnil System Safe 2011 Home (virtual mode only & on at start) 5. EasyBCD is the only thing different. EasyBCD is on my PC for managing boot menu. And this is the only thing on my PC different from the other 3 PC's. Question: 1. Is it because of EasyBCD that my PC cannot register an account with TeamViewer Forum? 2. If it is, why is TeamViewer Forum so sensitive to EasyBCD? Shall appreciate any and all your ideas and know-hows. Thank you! |

It does not matter what PC you are using, or which browser.
Its a matter of entering information properly, and correctly. It seems that you were making some mistake or the other while providing the information.

Thank you! Could be that I made mistakes more than a dozen of times. Vicky P.S.: Not to argue but simply share a piece of information. I have just tested it again three times on my machine with EasyBCD installed and the same thing happened three times. This is not a complain about TeamViewer Form or EasyBCD. Simply share an experience with people who might get into the same situation. Thanks! Last edited by Vicky12; 29. Nov 2011 at 12:36 AM. |
