not sure if this can be fixed easily or if i should take to a shop.
i bought a new kodak printer and installed the driver on my Gateway mx6121 laptop. i then installed the program for editing pictures that came with the printer. everything seemed to work fine. shut down the laptop and it updated for new programs. when i tried to turn on the next day it is stuck in a boot loop. i am thinking i may have installed 64 bit program on my 32 bit computer, but not sure. i also dont have a windows xp disc to do a recovery with. thanks for any help. m7070 |

Hi m7070
how far does the laptop actually get while booting? Did you try to press F8 during boot so Windows offers you a chance to boot with the last known good configuration?
