MP3 Recorder driver

Hi folks, new here but need a driver for my Sony IC Recorder model ICD-UX70.

Sony tells me there is not one, but I found one for Windows 2000??? but it my comp still will not find my recorder.

My comp is a Dell 620a, brand new, and I am baffled that I am unable to use this handy device.

If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know!!

According to the features of the recorder, it connects to the PC with a USB cable... and no additional software is required.

So, did you try connecting the recorder with the PC using a USB cable that was provided with it?

It also says that it supports dragging and dropping files from your PC to the recorder, once its connected.
