Toshiba NB200 Notebook

Hi my nease has a toshiba nb200 win 7 and cant bring it back to factery condition
i read if i hold down tha 0 (zero button) it should work but dos not i realy nead help with this for her. Hope some one can help me.

Are you sure you are doing it the right way? Take a look at this :

When the computer is switched off, you press 0 (zero). hold it while you press the on-switch... hold it until you see the bios logo. when there is seem no activity (still at bios logo), release the 0 (zero) button..
it will enter the recovery mode.
